FIVE STAR Wealth Manager Award
Burns Investment Group is pleased to announce that Mark Burns and Norton Stern have been named as FIVE STAR Wealth Managers by HOUR Detroit and Dbusiness magazines in 2010 and 2011. Out of more than 11,000 wealth managers in the metropolitan Detroit area, the FIVE STAR award recipients are represented by a group of 686 top-scoring financial professionals.
We thank our many clients and friends for their trust and acknowledgment of this industry award. As you read below, this was a result of a survey and evaluations from both current clients and professional colleagues.
The Survey was conducted by Crescendo, as an independent third-party research firm. They surveyed 110,000 consumers of the magazine and 4,200 Financial Service Professionals to evaluate the 11,000 candidates in the Metropolitan Detroit area as the best in client satisfaction Wealth managers. The evaluation was based on nine criteria, including customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, recommendations and overall satisfaction. After survey results are tallied they take the top scoring candidates which represent less than 7% of their market and forward to a panel to further review a sample of the selection. Only wealth managers with five years of experience in the financial services industry are considered.
The rating may not be representative of any one client’s experience because the rating reflects an average of all, or a sample of all, of the experiences of the financial adviser’s clients.
