Phone: 248-553-4500 Mark Burns leads the Burns Investment Group as President and director of the group's investment committee. He began his financial services career in 1982 and quickly became a leading advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms. Mark believes continuing education enhances his advisory services and investment strategies. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. In addition, he earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association and holds series 7,8,63 and 65 securities registrations along with life, health and long-term care insurance licenses. Mark has been entrusted with the discretionary management of client portfolios through the Private Investment Management (PIM) program1. He focuses on investment planning, consulting, and oversees asset management. Mark actively participates in his community, as a board member of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Foundation, member of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Chamber of Commerce and watching his children's sporting events. Mark and his wife Sherry have a daughter, Jordann, and a son, Alex. He feels privileged to be able to work along side his family.
