Richard entered the industry in 1958, after his tour of duty in Korea with the U.S. Army. He served as President of KSW Financial Services and Registered Principal of Franklin Financial Services, LLC. Richard taught financial planning courses in several school districts for their adult education programs along with co-hosting the radio show "Money Talks" for a number of years.

He currently holds the Series 1, 24, 53, 63 and 66 securities registrations.

Along with his wife Yvonne, he splits his time between Milford, Michigan and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
